Mueller Animal Chiropractic

Helping dogs feel better and stay healthy!

We love dogs!

Our dogs deserve the best that we can give them.

Maybe your dog  is stiff or sore, has arthritis, hip dysplasia, back pain, or a history of cruciate injury and repair.  Maybe they are getting older or not getting around like they used to.  If so,  you've come to the right place.

When your dog comes for chiropractic, they are treated like family.  With your permission, they get the best treats, the most pets, and as much love as possible during their appointment.  They leave with their head held higher, their tail wagging more freely, and everything in between feeling better!

*Dr. Mueller requires all chiropractic patients be under the care of a licensed veterinarian, and all injuries must have been evaluated by your regular veterinarian.  This is important for ruling out potential surgical and medical problems that are not appropriate for chiropractic care.

Meet Karen E. Mueller, DVM

Dr. Mueller is a general small animal veterinarian with AVCA certification in chiropractic.

General Practice

Dr. Mueller has over 30 years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine, including  general small animal practice, surgery, and dentistry, feline practice, shelter medicine, and emergency practice.

Animal Chiropractic

She was certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association in 1995, one of the first 2 veterinarians in the state of Washington to receive AVCA certification.

Spay and Neuter

Besides Animal Chiropractic, Dr. Mueller's passion is High Quality, High-Volume, Low-Cost Spay and Neuter.  She works with non-profits to provide surgery to help prevent euthanasia due to pet overpopulation.

Volunteering

When time allows, Dr. Mueller volunteers with organizations to combat pet overpopulation world-wide.  Please adopt from a rescue and spay and neuter your pets too.

Gardening

Dr. Mueller loves to garden and grow plants.  She is slowly putting in an edible landscape  and hopes to grow enough to share with the community.

Sewing

Dr. Mueller sews for Days for Girls, providing reusable feminine hygiene kits for girls around the world who have no supplies, keeping them in school and work.  She also makes kit bags for soldiers through Operation Gratitude.

Dogs:  Senior, Geriatric, Performance, Injuries, Post-Op, Recovery, Maintenance

Dr. Mueller's expertise as a veterinarian allows her to understand the needs and life stages of the senior and geriatric dog.  Chiropractic can be an important part of helping keep your dog as strong and mobile as possible during these important life stages--keeping them on their feet and keeping all their systems working well to facilitate the best and longest quality of life possible.

Chiropractic can help with recovery from lameness and surgery.  Post-cruciate-repair or cruciate-injury dogs almost always benefit due to compensations in their gait that cause unevenness in their bodies.

Even dogs with hip dysplasia or other chronic conditions like arthritis benefit and feel better all over,  with routine chiropractic treatment.
